Processing Time All House of Ether products are made to order with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within:
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or high volume periods are outside our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages House of Ether is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@houseofether.us and we'll do our best to help.
International Shipping We currently ship domestically. International shipping availability will be announced at a later date.
