Refund Policy

At House of Ether, every product is made to order with intention and care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

All Sales Are Final On:

• Opened Eau de Parfum
• Opened body care products
• Sale or discounted items

We will gladly accept returns or offer store credit for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Orders that arrive incorrect due to our error

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@houseofether.us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.

Order Cancellations Because products are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
